I’m speechless. I’m pretty sure that doctors have no right to do this in hospitals because they give a bad example not only for adults but for children too.
As for toilets, I think it’s too much. What do you think about this?

Smoking is still very common in China. Until the 1980s smoking was very common in US hospitals also. They will grow out of it.
