Anything can happen on the road. One must be very careful and cautious behind the wheel.

Here's what happened in reality according to the author:
My Ford Expedition was hit by a runaway wheel on the Ventura Fwy in Los Angeles last Sunday night.
My car was traveling between 65-70MPH and the tire was bouncing towards us.
No one was injured in the collision, but the damage is horrific. The car is considered a total, but it kept us safe.
