I know this stuff.. They use this kind of stuff in Kashmir, India. It is used to protect body from the chilling atmosphere outside. very useful indeed..

Nifty, I'm assuming it's a methanol stove. If so, there's probably enough fuel in it to heat a small pot of water for tea, coffee, etc. Nice to carry in the field.
