In China, a guy was stopped by the traffic police that handed him a ticket for speeding.
But the driver couldn’t understand how the police could determine his speed. So he started to look for a speed camera that took his speed. Finally, he found the device and was quite surprised that this dubious device could determine his speed correctly.
At his place, I would doubt too.

Hahaha! The sign on the device said, 'Any losses caused by this device will not be covered by the company'. xD
It is really unnoticeable, and doesn't really look sophisticated enough to find out the speed of the car and take the car number and all that. Perhaps the traffic police could show the public how the device works..

i live in finland and the speed cameras over here are about the same size and they work perfectly... they are not lying on the ground like that though...

in the U.S.A. man, those fuckers are almost in every intersection of main streets!!!
