It's always nice to see pics of our planet that make it look so beautiful... I know they use a lot of different filters for the pics, but it's cool the way the planet we live on can look so ALIEN!!!
The nasa pictures are the most important way we humans will learn about our planet Earth. Look at the thing being studied! The Richat Structure in Mauritania, West Africa is a perfect example. It ,the structure can not be seen from the ground. It ,the structure is about 25 miles across! The structure is not an impact structure, or an eroded granitic dome or "anticline structure. The Richart Structure is a huge volcano that had its top sheared off!
Fly a plane across the perfectly level 5 rings of the Richart Structure. Its easy. Go there on "Google Earth software."
