He was one of the best actors of our time. Several generations grew up on his movies.
Unfortunately, he was never able to beat pancreatic cancer.
He was only 57 years old.

Good actor and a great guy and he will be missed but don't insult him by calling him one of the greatest actors in Hollywood, he did good acting but not great acting and only had two hit movies in his career being Dirty Dancing and Ghost while his other movies did ok such as Road House and point Break.
