Well, this story is really funny, not for the guy but, it is all his fault.

This happened in Russia. The guy said that he found this police ID somewhere and decided to put his photo on it.

Here’s the fun part. The police ID belonged to a woman and on the photo you can see a woman’s necktie. Male police officers have a straight necktie there. Well, he glued his picture anyways and scraped the part with woman’s hair with a knife.
What to say, so not worth it…
