actually in place's in canada women can be topless in public....it's a shame thoe, only old nastey boobs usally are free. for these man boobs, give them a break. i mean most of them are old men. after 50 i say let your self go. who gives a damn. And i'm sure any of you looking at these pic's are in bad shape yourselves. too much on looks now a days. too bad most good looking people are evil and ugly inside.
