that appears to be the striped mantis shrimp, a member of the crustaceans. only thing in common with bugs is that they're both arthropods.

incidentally, mantis shrimps have the most advanced eyes in the animal kingdom, which includes man, of course.

WTF I eat it.

It's like shrimp or lobster but way firmer meat not chewy like lobster. I's say its way better than lobster and shrimp and the orange on it back is roe.
