Hey, love the photos collections here but the pic of the fat, boot-wearing Sooner fan (#17 in this collection I think) is a pic of a mental patient. He is a person with serious mental problems and does not know that he is dressing oddly in that pic.
It is a bit sad to make fun of him with that pic as he does not understand what is wrong about his clothes.
