obviously not enuf chairs....well they do look nicer than the ones in my library, and much nicer than the general standard of furniture I recall from my student days.
I was one of the students from this university, no kidding.
Back at that time, the library provided nice atmosphere for study, and they did that just in order to book the seat(s), claiming as theirs on that day.
Of course other students thought they went too far, and Administration apartments posted notification to ban it.
This situation is not common in china's universities, honestly. This website posts extreme cases/situations which is not common in China, i'd have to say.
