It's not Rio de Janeiro. It isn't even Brazil. #1 - We use regular letters to write, not the Cyrillic alphabet #2 - It's summer down here, no use for the coats #3 - We don't have such tradition as the pics show
Might be Russia or some of the former Soviet-colonies?
