They should rather paint the whole place. The screens are too high to be seen by cows, and it just reminds them of how beautiful the outdoors are.

Believe it or not, it could make sense. A lot of things can affect milk production. Back in the Late 70's I worked on dairy farm as a herdsman. The owners daughter ran an an experiment. We played music, Rock country and classical. For one month each . Production was highest during the months we played the classical, worst during the months we played rock. Our base line was the previous years average milk production.
no music, averages where within 2% of the previous year
Classical, up 6%
Country, up 2%
Rock, down 4%

She ran that experiment for a year alternating the music each month.

and your point is? The see the real world just the same as they see the tv. and if you really want to get technical about it they are actually red-green color blind
Thus they are dichromatic, the same as most other mammals. They are able to distinguish some colors, particularly blue from yellow, in the same way as most other mammals
