Why are most of the people already watching and only a couple of shots later someone jumps into the water to save him.

if you're asking why no one would jump in there to save the guy, because it's a combination of not knowing how to swim & being coward lil bitches that's why.

it's a shame, that so many people were there, even before he jumped to save him, and just looked and haven't done anything......it's reasonable for everyone to help JC_doubledown

I read once that the reason why people don't help other people who are hurt is because everyone is waiting someone else to go help him/her. Sooo that's why they don't have to risk themselves. There was some special term for this kind of behaviour and it's apparently quite common to people act this way. The guy who jumped was one of a hundred. Lesson learned here: Don't ever get hurt badly, because there will be lots of watchers and that one of a hundred -guy may not be nearby...

Dangerous way to save a drowning victim. Ask any life guard. But props to the Hero, he got it done.

Yeah this was on the news here, it was indeed a tourist. An American tourist that is!

Anyway, the guy who took these pictures didn't save him because he didn't want to lose his expensive camera he said on the news. so yeah, props for that single guy that did
