Better fat than sad right ? In fact, it pretty much is the same for your body. If you're fat, you'll get more chances to die of heart attack and such, studies have shown that beeing alone is also bad for the health has a lot of people laugh less, have less activity and so on. But beeing fat, sad and alone surely isn'tt what one dream of, even if it sometimes the case. What is kinda paradoxical is that if you live a life that you hate, you'll die quicker, handy now isn't it ?

not being able to cook a proper dinner will absolutely get you to this, but with a bit of patience and practice wonders will come from the kitchen, better than any fast food.
