A woman from southeastern England woman called 999 to report her snow man was missing. She said she didn’t think anyone would nick her snowman, but she was wrong. When she went outside to have a smoke she noticed the snowy man was missing.

She immediately called the police on 999, however, when she called the police on 999 the British version of 911, the police were not amused.

They taped her phone call to use as a demonstration of what not to do when calling 999.  The call could have averted the help or rescue of someone that truly needed it.
