LUCIFER,
I was just thinking about the teeth too, I wouldn't be surprised if a large number of the people in the photos were booked for Drug use/possession. Specifically Methamphetamine (meth) It doesn't look like simply crooked teeth alone but like there's actual tooth decay/degeneration going on. Then again, it could just be a serious lack of dental hygiene.

finally "normal" people in drugs or not, its not tons of makeup, tons of photoshop layers and retouching.
BTW about the yellow teeth, it is worst in the british people, they truly live in bars, i bet to say drink more often that usa people, and all of this because they live in a island and its cloudy all year! DEPRESING SHIT!
