I'm from Mexico those are known right here like Peje Lagarto, and we eat those in Tabasco, you have to clean real well the guts, because if you don't the smell could be very bad, it's a delicious dish.
En México se conocen como Peje Lagartos, se comen y son muy sabrosos, pero tienen que estar super bien limpios sino, el olor no te dejarìa comerlos.

By the the way, I presume the fuck thing reffered to evoulution in the above comments right? If so, then I have to clarify that evolution does not work by two different kind of animals fuck each other to produce a new kind of an animal, to the contrary of the popular way South Park has depicted it.
