The illegal and nlsaderous mailers are the handy work of Sue Gsell and Bily Walsh. This is the real Dougherty you are seeing and who he has aligned himself with. Tim has chosen to go down as far as you can in the gutter by taking the $$ of the Gsell's Walshes and Wirths. His hatchet man Walsh wil continue to terrorize the community with free reign until someone dies in one of his nightclubs then Tim wil have to answer for that whether he is Mayor or not.
