wooden stuctures....no wonder these houses have been whiped out...why dont they build it up in concrete?? that would make sense,since there's so many tornados in U.S.A....is that because it's too expensive or something?.. 'I'm asking, because here in france, almost every single houses are made of concrete...It's a pretty common thing. And we dont even have any tornados..

meukr, I guess they build houses in this style for security purposes, I'm not sure but I guess, if a concrete wall go down over somebody it would be worst then a wood made one! Here in Brazil we use concrete and clay bricks in houses too.
