The hat that got millions of tongues wagging was bought by an anonymous bidder and every single cent is going to charity. The Philip Treacy creation was sold on eBay to benefit UNICEF and Children in Crisis, a charity that was established by her mother the Duchess of York. The princess expressed her delight saying the hat has its own personality and she was happy its auction raised an incredible amount of money that will make an even bigger change for the lives of some of the most vulnerable children across the world.
