Harris offered the three carat diamond ring back to her former fiancé but Hefner decided to let her keep it. The animal loving Hefner was very pleased however to get the couple’s dog Charlie back. Harris had taken the dog with her when she left but she returned him saying he would be happier with the Playboy founder.
