Former CSI actor Gary Dourdan has been charged with possessing hillbilly heroin. He faces up to a year in jail. The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office charged him with carrying oxycontin and possession of drug paraphernalia after he smashed into several parked cars in Hollywood last month. Police officers had initially believed Dourdan was in possession of ecstasy during the June 13 incident but detectives later identified it as oxycontin.
