This space is not for the claustrophobic. The alley between a tower block in Warsaw will be crowned the skinniest house in the world when it is completed.

The four story house will have the normal rooms such as kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a lounge, but each floor is accessed by a ladder. It will go back 40 feet and is only 60 inches wide. It is being listed as an artist’s home and its first resident will be Israeli writer Etgar Keret.

Learn Something Fun:  The Current  official narrowest house  is the Wedge, on the island of Great Cumbrae.  The wedge is 47 inches at the front and spreads out to 22 ft as it moves away from the road.
