Most of them ARE Russians, but that's not the point. They are known as "Kiso" (vaguely translated into English as "Pussycat" or "pussy") there are sites and movements making fun of them and most of their attributes and features are well-known. True kiso wears pink and animal print clothes, louboutins (you know, those fashion shoes that Vicky Beckham adores), they take self-pictures with iphones, and most often pose with a duckface and holding a bottle of not so cheap liquer. Its actually classical now.
What does entertain me is that there are guys who follow that fashion. But that doesn't even look funny.
