1. He isn't Prince Henry, he's Prince Harry

2. He is a Royal Prince of the United Kingdom, not Wales. Wales is his given surname.

3. His father is Prince Charles, Prince of Wales. The eldest son of a reigning monarch is always made Prince of Wales to show them how bad things could be.

4. Wales is a shithole. It's there to remind the Prince of Wales to be really grateful he's going to be king one day.

5. This isn't offensive to Welsh people. You can't be offended by something you can't read.

I will party a lot as him if i am an heritor with no worries who came from an ancient oligarchy family who get paid with the effort and hardwork of taxpayers, they are rich and give nothing back to society hahhaha, the only "great effort" thing "noticeable" i saw was the "not that ostentatious wedding" of his broter.
