This is a student dorm room in Poland.
Word "panda" combined with number three ("trzy" in polish) is a funny word play.
As you know panda is a well known asian animal.
In polish "Pan da" (note space between, same pronunciation as "panda") means "mister, give me...".
"Panda" combined with number 3 gives us "mister, give me 3" and it is a common student request given to an university teacher to get lowest passing grade on exam.
In polish universities we have four grades system - 2 is a fail, anything between 3 and 5 is a pass.
