That guy swung for the fence and hit a few grand slams. He taught them that using both hands on the ball(s) is proper procedure and that they should choke up on the bat and use quick short strokes. Keep your legs apart and slightly bent and your butt close to the ground. Have a good energy level and play with intensity.




He also taught the kids how to play baseball.
