slow pass 12 year s ago
High alpha pass is a flight where the aircraft flies very slowly, with a high attack angle (alpha). It's a difficult maneuver, very easy to stall, and should always be performed at high altitude.
The plane is a C18 Hornet.
That guy did great.

The aircraft did not stall, one of the engine flamed out causing an unrecoverable yaw.

I didne28099t insert e2809cradicale2809d in front of irnfge, the dictionary source in MS Word did that. I used it to point out the obvious suggestive powers of subtext in your first post. I done28099t expect either major party to implode. My hope is that the viability of independent candidacy will put into play a new dynamic and help voters realize there are alternatives to the inefficacy that Dems and the GOP have shown on all levels.

A £20 million Canadian fighter jet stalled and plummeted to the ground, but its pilot Captain Brian Bews’ quick reactions enabled him to eject moments before it crashed. He was flying at an air show near Calgary and performed a dangerous trick called a “high alpha pass,” when his fighter plane unexpectedly stalled. However, his extremely fast reactions to the situation, and his 1,400 hours of flying experience saved his life!
