Don’t Jump-Start Your Car This Way (17 pics)

It was not a smart decision to jump-start this car with another car, as people were not sure which terminal was positive and which terminal was negative on each battery before proceeding and couldn’t connect the jumper cables the right way. Look what happened to both vehicles.

Hey hunter, look again because the insulating rubber did burn off. You can see bare copper wire in all the pics.

wow, impressive.

pressing one of the leads against the anode / cathode instead of clamping it on might have helped as a small test. or having a stick / hard object to quickly smack the lead off might have also helped.
