That is common with people losing significant weight. The skin is stretched and does dot shrink as much as you do with your weight loss.

obviously not, it must have taken her time to lose the weight. she probably didn't like having photos taken of her, so there aren't many fat photos of her. but it's true that your skin is way more stretched out after you lose weight.
