The reason the mole on kates face changes sides is because the whole scene in the beginning when they board the ship is mirrored.

because u have a life and u try to enjoy the movies when u see them instead of trying to find all these mistakes. Most of these mistakes haven't effect the story or they show up in less than one second.

the bullets in the wall in pulp fiction might not have been a mistake. jules claims that it was a 'miracle' that none of the bullets hit them, but it may have been that the bullet holes were already there, and the guy was just firing blanks. that would be just the kind of irony that tarrantino would put in a movie to make a character have a change of heart.
