I thought they were elite level dorodangos.
That's mud balls smoothed until they are shiny if you didn't know. No, I'm not kidding you, google it if you want to be amazed.
Also, they are easy to do, my mom did one with a tutorial I got her and it's pretty decent. Take patience.
