If you had clicked the Read more link you would know that the mobile site was not blacked out and all you had to do was add m. before wikipedia. Also as it was only english that was blocked you could have searched in french and then used chromes auto translate settings. It does worry me that people can be so dumb. At my university we are not allowed to use wikipedia anyway.

As a moderator in a forum, I can confirm that it is this bad... :(
There are so many people who don't read the rules, don't understand corrections and don't understand the purpose of the things they are using. They don't take hints, like when they are doing things completely different from others... Makes me sad :( We are doomed indeed!
