Alive after Two Months in a Snow Trap (7 pics)

Snowmobilers patrolling the forest not far from the city of Umea in the north of Sweden thought they found a wrecked car until they dug it out and saw what was in inside.

There was a car’s driver moving in the car. The man claimed that he had been trapped in the vehicle for about two months, lying in the back seat in the sleeping bag and eating nothing but snow. Police officers said they see no reason to doubt the man's words. Physicists assume that the driver went into some dormant state similar to bear hibernation and that helped him survive.

Nice fake. Why he didn't even try to escape? Broke the window and dig?

This was an article in a sweedish newspaper two days ago. Apparently he owned money to some bad people, and therefore ascaped. Got stuck, and stayed there. True story:-)

Its not fake, and noone missed him because he didnt have any close friends and no contact with the family.
Had relationship problems and financial problems and decided to just leave.

So, it's two months later and if anything, his problems have increased because now he has medical bills to pay for. He would be better off dead.

This was in Sweden. He don't need to pay any large medical bills. No need for a health insurance to get necessary health treatment (but big money, may give you quicker treatment of non serious issues, at private hospitals). Tax money pays for his treatment this time. As far as I know, It's the same all over Scandinavia. The "American way" isn't always the best. :P

No, thank you. I would rather freeze in the snow than live in Sweden :)

This seem to be a true story, he was a bag of bones when they found him. According to the latest news, every time a girl had left him, he has disappeared for a long time. One time was 15 months, he was not reported missing... He was owing someone 1.6 mill SEK or something.
