The wrinkled paper CVs look like trash. I'd have a difficult time hiring someone like that.
Some are very neat, but too many are too distracting to be of use.

I agree, I wouldn't give most of these my time of day, too many graphics on your CV can take away from what's important. Your actual qualifications.
