The interior of the 412 sq m (4,434 sq ft) apartment features custom-designed Italian furniture, wooden panels and the floor of imported stone, fully enclosed courtyard garden, 200-pair shoe storage unit, terrace overlooking Arisugawa Park, two kitchens and three bathrooms. But wait a minute, despite its luxurious decorations and beautiful scenery outside it’s still just a one-bedroom apartment!

The place is really not bad, but for my taste there are too many squared edges. Despite all this minimalistic design fashion, I still appreciate something warmer, more understated and more human.
