The place is really not bad, but for my taste there are too many squared edges. Despite all this minimalistic design fashion, I still appreciate something warmer, more understated and more human.
no gym, no playing ground, no useful stuff to spend time. more stools and tables are not all what you should put into apartment when you have extra room.
After purchase is everything is allowed in Japan for you for free? Some apartments in Moscow costs about 200 millions of rubles and it normal. 1/3 of this.
