Sad true... Learn the history and you'll understand how this all happened.

These are just extreme cases for the most part, and many of the photos...like #37 are just a snapshot of life. What is so wrong with that? Is it comical that a couple of grandmothers are talking while waiting for a bus? Or that a grandmother is on a swing as in #17? Or that the residents of a building make their dumpsters "look nice"- #29. They are happy people; and although the post is very good, it should not be used to categorize the Russian people as a bunch of drunks, or backwards simpletons. I can assure you that they are not.
