yea, whatever. nobody goes to the games to listen to the national anthem, and the only time it's really interesting is when someone screws it up.

i do respect that. i just wish i could get excited about the current anthem. "america the beautiful" brings a tear to my eye, for example. putting some lyrics to the tune of a crappy english drinking song just doesn't do much for me ("star spangled banner").
