Of course, no one pays for internet! not for his own connection or his own hardware or his own electricity. And how does all that content stays online! It is magical :)

There are a lot of positives for the internet but also a lot of negatives. One of the worst being evil people can also communicate a lot more easily. A man in Britain was found with 2.5 million pictures of child pornography, only possible with the internet. So it's just like a lot of things that are useful, it is open to abuse.

If living without internet meant living without the Occupy movement, I'd rip the cat 5 out of my house with my own bare hands.

"no one pays for internet"? WTF you have to pay monthly fees to your internet provider.
