The owner of this pet claims that Lil Bub was born with growth anomalies so she has disproportionally short legs and maintains kitten-like features. This cat also has six toes on all her paws, no teeth and she never meows. He is an odd-looking little kitty, but I expect it may be because he has no teeth. He's poly-dactyl, so his extra toes make up for some of those missing teeth.
