#31 is made by DaimlerChrysler themselves, which is based in Germany. At least one, if not two handfuls are Photoshopped. Several others aren't even from the US.
I think I'll start pumping out garbage "Only in England", "Only in Canada" and "Only in Russia" images. Maybe then people will stop fixating on the lard balls around here and realize their own country is just as, if not more screwed than ours.

Many great things come out of the US but I think the defining issue on posts like this is the issue of obesity. The US (in general) has terrible eating habits and the results are everywhere. Portions are huge, much is deep fried and it's also very cheap. We love your movies, music, tv, sport etc, so don't feel unloved xx.

That being said....I'm a proud American, but I happen to find this pictures funny, because they are sadly enough, true. I've been to Wal-Mart and seen the 500-pounders wheeling themselves around in motorized carts loaded down with Pizza, Little Debbie, and Chocolate Chip Cookies while they are stuffing their own face with McDonalds in the grocery store.
