Winston Howes planted thousands of oaks in the field in Gloucestershire, UK, when his wife Janet suddenly died 17 years ago. By now the trees have grown into a mature meadow away from the local roads. Mr Howes left the giant heart-shaped clearing hidden in the middle of the trees as the symbol of his love and a place where he comes from time to time to think about his beloved wife.
