Tatyana Rybakova used to be overweight when she was 14, with her body mass of 105 kg (230 lbs). The girl tried various exhausting diets to lose weight.
For some time she ate only apples and yogurt, avoided fruits, then she tried eating food containing no carbohydrates. All these diets produced negative effect on her health, so Tatyana changed her approach to losing weight.
She learned about a balanced nutrition and created a new diet based on the glycemic index of products. The diet that consisted mostly of food rich in proteins contained all the essential nutrients, but didn’t lead to obesity. The young woman started to exercise regularly and swim.
Eventually Tatyana lost the incredible 51 kg (112 lbs) in just a couple of years and is very happy with the way she looks now.
