What the hell? So breaking the law not once, but twice is not being fucked up? And he'll get a fine, or two, he won't get his life fucked up big-time.

When there is a clamp on your car the government already knows that you parked illegally. They also have your license plate, name, address and so on. ;-)

not sure if all clamps are so easy to remove. some of them intrude in to the wheel base, i think.
