Part of the wing appeared to be damaged and there was a handwritten note saying, ‘We know about this.’ The Airlines spokesperson later explained that what looked as a faulty wing flap was an approved repair and the maintenance technician left the note to inform the flight crew about it. The message was then removed and the Airlines apologized for it.
