it doesn't prove anything unless there is some evidence, at what time and date picture was taken.
would you believe if coworker says, that he met some popstar and shows picture of popstar.
he has to prove that picture itself is unique not what is in the picture. he himself isn't even in that picture.

The coworker sent an email saying that he was late for work because he needed to untie a squirrel knot. Nobody believed him, so he sent this picture as solid evidence.
