Hopefully, Child services will be able to track down some of these dumbshit parents and find good homes for these children. The kid in #14 will probably be deaf.
The photoshopped ones are obvious, the others are hoaxes and some are harmless. As for the real ones - This is normal behavior in the USA and someday one of these idiots will be elected President.
