The invitation went viral and quickly gathered more than 20,000 likes—which roughly equals the population of the town. The party was cancelled and the police asked people not to come. However, about 3,000 people showed up and soon the “party” went out of control. The crowd looted shops, burned a car and threw bottles into police officers. Twenty people were arrested that night, six got seriously injured in clashes with the police.
